It all started with a dream—and a slice.

New York roots.
Carolina home.

Born from the heart of true New York pizza culture, Fat Guy And A Pie of New York was built on a love for authentic flavor, family tradition, and a no-shortcuts attitude. What began as a humble food truck quickly grew into one of the area’s favorite pizza spots, known for our crispy-chewy crusts, quality ingredients, and the kind of service that makes you feel like family.

For 3 years, our food truck hit the streets, serving up New York-style slices that brought a taste of the city to Carolina neighborhoods, events, and festivals. The lines, the smiles, and the loyal customers who followed us from town to town told us one thing—this was bigger than a truck.

Now, we’re proud to take the next step in our journey: opening our first brick-and-mortar location in Davidson, North Carolina. The same passion, the same recipes, and the same unmistakable energy—just with a few seats for a quick slice, a place to gather, and the smell of fresh pies coming out of the oven all day long.

Fat Guy And A Pie of New York isn’t just pizza. It’s family. It’s hustle. It’s a New York state of mind—right here at home.
